Refund Policy

At pokemonTCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that are damaged, opened, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened booster packs or sealed products that have been unsealed
Digital products or download codes
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using the contact details below. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 days of our confirmation, please:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

7. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
