Thank you for shopping with pokemonTCG. Below you will find all the information you need about how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Taking into account our handling time and shipping time, you can expect to receive your order within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase under normal circumstances.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (where available). You can use this to track the progress of your delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
